And even though we have moved across the country...I'm still the same old me...obsessed with projects to keep me busy! I decided to solve my calender problem this week. I made an cute erasable calender that has Velcro, scrap-booked months on the top. I'm pretty proud of how it turned out!

This week is just as packed. We are hoping to go to Wicked tomorrow! All of the wives are planning to go have a party in the standby line a few hours before and see if we can get the tickets for a little cheaper!
I have to post about a book that I'm reading for a book club that one of the wives started. I was seriously bawling during it. It is about the Rwandan Holocaust and how Immaculee (the woman who is writing the book) found God and forgave during and after the genocide. I made me so grateful for the blessing that I have. I'm not only SO fortunate but it is all due to my Savior. Nothing happens on accident. I am here for a reason and I just hope that I can always live up to the blessings I have been given in this life. I strongly...strongly suggest this book to anyone!!!
Finally, I have some good news. I had my first interview the other day for a temping job for the University! Hopefully this will get my foot in the door for a full-time job there. We will save around 20 thousand a year with benefits, in-state tuition and an employee discount if I can get a full-time job at the University. So cross your fingers. I'm pretty sure that HR knows my name and hates me but I don't care!!! I got an interview!!!!
I have learned some hilarious lessons here in Pittsburgh. I'm planning on making a whole post about it soon. The weather has been gorgeous so far! The humidity doesn't bother me anymore and it is so fun to have a front porch!!!
