General Conference

A normal Sunday Stroll consists of the following:
Blessing of the Beast-
A female priest from the Methodist church blesses their dogs slash gives them dog church in the front lawn of the church. Another walker suggested that we walk on the other side of the sidewalk for the blessing! Yes I was hiding behind a bush taking pictures!

Extremely white trash Halloween decor- This house is on our street. It is complete with a spook alley in his 10 by 10 garage.

And of course ... another house had to incorporate the Steeler's Trophies in their Halloween decor!

Growing up if you asked me to rate my weekends, general conference would probably be somewhere at the bottom. But it is officially in my top 5 now! Great food, couches, pajamas, friend and family time, and a marathon of gospel doctrine. It doesn't get better than that! This week was pretty exciting. Brynlee figured out that she can suck her thumb through the fabric of her sleeve. Great, looks like lemon juice is next!


Every night I put Brynlee down and every morning I come into her room and find 3 extra blankets tucked around her. Oh and her best friend Mr. Giraffe watching over her!

And we had another great night of Bunco! Our goal is to get every dental student over to our house for Bunco by the end of the 4 years! I learned Bunco is impossible with kids and a BYU game on in the background! It was still a blast though!
