Go BYU.......?

Don't worry, I cheered for the right team Dad! But I was literally one of 3 people cheering for BYU in this room! After Twilight and Panera we stopped by the Warner's to watch the last half of the game. It was really fun even though we were out numbered and lost!

Yesterday we went to the strip district again. I seriously love that place. They have a whole store dedicated to Mediterranean spices. We saw dried fish..literally the whole fish was dried....and it smelt really bad! We also found the cheese store. There were at least 5 cheeses from countries all over the world. Polish, Swedish, Italian, Spanish, etc. I swear they put steroids in the fruits and vegis there. There was this homeless guy playing an electric flute to How Great Tho Art! It was fun going around and tasting all of the "wagon" restaurants. The scary Chinese wagon is still the best!
Then we went down town to see the Pittsburgh Christmas tree.

The tree was huge! There were horse rides, huge ginger bread houses, an ice-skating ring around the tree and a band that was playing Christmas music. It totally reminded me of Miracle on 34th St! The best part is that you are surrounded in these huge glass sky-scrapers.

I had to take a picture of the whole thing because of the these buildings. When you drive by downtown you can see this really tall building that looks just like the Salt Lake Temple but in black glass. It is really pretty up close but looks funny far away! Anyways, here is Pittsburgh's black SLC Temple.
Devin and I tried to get to a church without our GPS the other day. We figured we depend too much on the GPS. And we got really lost! We showed up about 30 minutes late. So the GPS is safely back in our car. Bad idea!
And Devin needs a little credit. Let me just list everything that he did this break. He made storage shelves for the basement, cleaned and organized our basement. He scraped the mold and old caulking our of our bathroom and redid the bath tub. There is now no mold in our bathroom and it looks like a new tub! He finished the counter tops and gluing every edge in the kitchen from leaks. He finished the wash and did all of the lawn and yard maintenance. He is amazing!
