May the snow stop falling!

Okay, so the picture is an exaggeration. This winter has been different from any other winter I have experienced in eastern Idaho. The snow refuses to stop falling. It has snowed just about every day for two weeks. Devin's favorite site is when the snow plows pass on the highway showering 10 feet walls of snow off the road. It is a challenge to convince him to keep his eyes on our road! The normal snow banks around all of the sidewalks and parking lots is about 2 to 5 feet. The big snow banks at grocery stores are around 10+ feet. Devin has always said that if it is going to be cold, it might as well be snowing but we are both eating our words right now. In Rexburg, the average amount of snow stays around until about April or May and now we are pretty sure the snow this year will be here to celebrate the Fourth of July with us!
Other updates . . . I received my diploma in the mail on Friday! It is sad to say that four year of hard work and stress pays off in an eight by eleven piece of paper! It is still exciting though.
We have loved our calling as ward missionaries in both wards now. It all changed Sunday . . . we were asked to meet with the Bishop on Sunday. Primary President. Now in a student ward this calling translates into Nursery President. "Don't Eat Pete," bubbles, play dough, stringing fruit loops and hours of coloring are the ideas so far. I would love any and all suggestions! Everyone has or will work in the Nursery at some point in their lives!
Launette is the main woman for the Boise Jr. Miss program. She is amazing. She has turned the whole program around and has double the participants from the first time she was chair. This years program is Feb 23 and I would like to wish her all the luck in the world!
Finally Dev and I decided to make the best of this winter and we're going to Bear Lake for Valentines with snowmobiles and some of my high school friends! We are praying for safe roads and no snowmobile accidents.
