After what seems like forever . . . all of that "waisted" time has paid off. I finally finished my first quilt. It is the kind of quilt that you see in porters that costs just a little too much but looks semi-easy with the instructions so you end up convincing yourself of the possiblities. Well, it is expensive and it isn't easy. I got a sewing machine from my parents for graduation and decided to finally finish. My cousin Rachel is inspiring me (by the way)! Mom, thank you so much for the gift, it is perfect and I already have a great idea for the next expensive and impossible project! Just you wait!
